Consumption

 

The Load Flow Computation provides a load static model represented by the reactive and active loads.

The power at each node can be modelled using a combination of the following types:

 

º Impedant

º Sensitive to voltage and frequency

º Restoration modeling of the thermostatic load restoration

º Distribution network load

 

 

  • pic3133_B_02B40171_MEDIUM.jpgA combination of the aforementioned load models can be connected behind a step-down transformer. Shunt compensation, the presence of a feeder and the effect of the charging on the transformer can also be included.

 

  • A load behaviour model of different subloads can be defined (e.g. for industrial, residential… type of load) and easily applied to a single node, to an area or to the whole network.

 

  • In addition, it is possible to model the rotating load connecting to the power system in high detail using the asynchronous machines model
